8.1. All materials, reports, or deliverables created by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune or Belagavi courts.
